Engaging People on Probation or Parole in New Jersey

In a partnership with the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice (http://njisj.org/) and Analyst Institute (analystinstitute.org), we've been learning about how newly-reenfranchised people can be invited back into political life. We've conducted interviews with activists and impacted people, and we've quantitatively tested outreach approaches based on what we heard. (Current working paper)
